Learn how ordering, scheduling, and delivery work so you know exactly what to expect.

Bulk Fulfillment vs. Scheduled Delivery Coordination

We offer two ways to get cards where they need to go, depending on what you need:

Bulk Fulfillment Cards are prepared together and shipped as one shipment to a single address, such as a facility or business office, for staff to distribute. This is the default for facility partnerships and business bulk orders.

Scheduled Delivery Coordination Cards are mailed individually, timed to arrive around a specific date — a birthday, holiday, or anniversary — sent directly to each recipient. This is how personal and scheduled card orders work, and it's available as an upgrade for facility partnerships that want individual mailing instead of bulk delivery.

Standard orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days. Scheduled cards are mailed in advance of the requested occasion date to help ensure timely arrival. Actual delivery time may vary due to USPS or carrier delays.

Customization

Every card can be personalized, and how far you take it is up to you:

Standard — our original messages and poems, or a message you provide
Personalized Message Upgrade — replace the standard message with custom wording for a specific recipient
Glitter Enhancement & Custom Branding — available for facility and bulk orders
Facility Name / Resident Name Included — available for recurring partnership programs

What Is a Forever Card™?

A Forever Card™ is a greeting card enhanced with a secure QR code that allows the recipient to scan and instantly experience a personalized digital memory. Depending on the option selected, the QR code may open a personalized video message, a voice message, a birthday or holiday greeting experience, or a family message from loved ones. The goal is to turn a traditional greeting card into a lasting emotional experience.

Additional upgrades, individual mailing, and postage are charged separately.

How It Works

1 Choose Your Option Select General, Voice Avatar, or Personal Avatar when placing your order.

2 Submit Your Media After your order is placed, you'll receive instructions for submitting the photos, videos, voice recordings, or messages needed for your selected Forever Card™ experience — by email, secure upload link, or through our website portal.

3 We Create Your QR Code We build a secure custom QR code linked to your personalized experience and integrate it into the card design.

4 Recipient Scans & Watches They open the card, scan the code with their smartphone, and instantly view the experience. No app download required.

Example Experiences

Birthday Card The recipient opens the card and scans the QR code. A video plays a personalized birthday message from family members — built using the General or Personal Avatar option.

Memorial Keepsake Using the Personal Avatar option, a family creates a lasting tribute experience — photos, memories, and a personal voice or video message the recipient can revisit any time.

Elder Care Facility Program A resident receives a holiday card. The QR code opens a message from their grandchildren, photos from home, and a personalized greeting — helping residents feel emotionally connected with family members.

QR Code Availability — Forever Card™ QR codes are designed to provide long-term access to the connected digital experience. Availability may depend on the selected option and applicable hosting or service terms, which will be provided before purchase.

Privacy & Security — Photos, videos, voice recordings, and written messages submitted for a Forever Card™ experience are used only to create the requested experience. We take reasonable steps to protect this media and do not sell or share it with third parties.
