What Happens After You Apply

  1. Submit this application to enroll in your plan and set your delivery preferences.
  2. We confirm your total and payment and get your account set up, usually within 1-2 business days.
  3. You choose your cards each month using a separate, short Card Order Form we’ll email you — that’s where you pick card categories, holidays, and personalization for that cycle.

Your first payment is due at signing to begin your first cycle. For Cash, Credit/Debit, or PayPal, your plan is then charged automatically on that same date each month. For Business Check, you'll receive a monthly invoice due within 15 days.
