What Is a Forever Card™?
A Forever Card™ is a greeting card enhanced with a custom QR code that allows the recipient to scan and instantly experience a personalized digital memory.
Depending on the option selected, the QR code may open:
- A personalized video message
- A voice message
- A birthday or holiday greeting experience
- A family message from loved ones
The goal is to turn a traditional greeting card into a lasting emotional experience.

What’s the Difference, Simply Put?
- General ($2.00): You choose a ready-made avatar and voice — nothing to submit.
- Voice Avatar ($3.50): A ready-made avatar face, but your real voice.
- Personal Avatar ($5.00): Your real face and your real voice — fully personalized.
How the Forever Card™ Experience Works
Step 1
Customer Chooses a Forever Card™ Option
The customer selects General QR, Voice Avatar, or Personal Avatar when placing their order.
Step 2
Media Collection
After your order is placed, you will receive instructions for submitting the photos, videos, voice recordings, or messages needed for your selected Forever Card™ experience.
You can submit your media through any of the following:
- Email — send files directly to gscreativecarddesigns@gmail.com
- Upload Link — a secure personal upload link sent to you after checkout
- Website Portal — submit directly through the media upload portal on our website
Accepted media includes:
- Photos
- Videos (MP4)
- Voice recordings
- Personalized written messages
Step 3
QR Code Creation
G’s Creative Card Designs creates a custom QR code linked to the customer’s personalized experience. The QR code is professionally integrated into the greeting card design.
Step 4
Recipient Scans the QR Code
The recipient simply opens the greeting card, scans the QR code with their smartphone, and instantly views the personalized experience. No app download required.

The recipient opens the card and scans the QR code. A video plays a personalized birthday message from family members — built using the General or Personal Avatar option.

Using the Personal Avatar option, a family creates a lasting tribute experience featuring photos, memories, and a personal voice or video message that the recipient can revisit through the card’s QR experience.

Customers may submit media after placing the order by email, secure upload link, or through our website portal. Accepted media: photos, MP4 videos, voice recordings, and written messages.

Forever Card™ QR codes are designed to provide long-term access to the connected digital experience. Availability may depend on the selected option and applicable hosting or service terms, which will be provided before purchase.
Privacy & Security
Photos, videos, voice recordings, and written messages submitted for a Forever Card™ experience are used only to create and provide the requested experience. G’s Creative Card Designs does not sell submitted media. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to create, host, or deliver the selected digital experience.
By submitting photos, videos, voice recordings, or other media, the customer confirms that they have permission to provide and use the submitted content for the requested Forever Card™ experience.
