Additional cards beyond your monthly plan limit: $2.00 per card. Custom partnership options may be available for organizations with additional needs.
Program Policies, in Plain Language
Unused cards — Unused cards from your monthly plan don’t roll over to the next month.
Extra cards — Need more than your plan allows in a given month? Extra cards are $2.00 each.
Cancellation — Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Orders already in production are non-refundable.
Mistakes — If we make a production error, we correct and remake the card at no charge.
Renewal — Your plan continues automatically on your chosen schedule unless you cancel. You’ll be notified before any pricing or term changes take effect.
Privacy — Recipient information is only used to prepare and deliver your cards. It is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
